This modern and efficiently designed campus of fully adaptable spaces is nestled along the Mississippi River. The Northern Stacks site is rich with history since its beginning as the Northern Pump Company in 1940. Today, the site has been reinvented for the modern workforce with build-to-suit cool spaces for office, warehouse, manufacturing, or showroom.

About the Project

Fresh Paint delivered the Northern Stacks seven buildings, totaling more than 500,000 square feet, exterior refresh project in record time. Dior Gray was selected to complement the bright hues of the entry facades and signage adding to the modern design of the buildings. Our team completed the seven building exterior painting project in only six weeks. The Fresh Paint team approach allowed us to keep all the moving parts coordinated and on time. We had many parking lots and vehicles to work around so communication was vital in creating a safe and clean environment. At Fresh Paint we thrive with challenging projects.
