Once the proposal is accepted, your business development representative will fine-tune the details and set the stage for a successful project.

We will review the proposal and clarify your vision and expectations.
A complimentary color consultation and 3D renderings are provided if needed.

Meet Your Project Manager

Your business development representative will introduce you to the project manager, who will guide you through the production process and next steps.

A shared email chain will be created for seamless communication between you and your Fresh Paint team.
The team will conduct an on-site walkthrough, as needed, to review project details.
We will schedule the project to fit your timeline.

Step 4

Production & Execution

This is where your vision starts to take shape.

Starting with set-up and prep, the transformation begins.
You can expect continuous quality checks and updates from the team.
We’ll do a final walkthrough to ensure your vision has come to life.

Step 5

Project Complete

We wrap up the project and look ahead to our continued partnership.

We will review your experience and gather your valuable feedback.
If desired, you’ll receive any leftover paint for future touch-ups.
We will confirm the invoice details to finalize the process.
