Industrial Building Painting Project 2023
435,000 square ft. speculative warehouse park. The newly constructed facility includes 2 Buildings. Building A includes 24 dock positions with 32’ clear height. Building B has 19 dock positions with 28’ clear height. Each has precast walls and main utility upgrades.
Fresh Paint’s recent improvements have significantly enhanced the overall functionality and aesthetics of the property. Due to the city’s preference against painting the brick, Fresh Paint collaborated with municipal officials to address their concerns. We engaged with our partners to develop a solution that complied with the city’s regulatory standards while achieving the desired outcome. Key upgrades include power washing, caulking, and exterior painting of split-face block surfaces. Additionally, entrance ceilings and lintels have been prepped and meticulously painted. The project’s scope also covered the restoration of steel staircases and exterior railings, ensuring safety and visual appeal in this industrial hub.
