About the Property

SkyRidge Business Center + Nature Preserve is a 17 acre property that boasts a unique 7 acre nature preserve. The nature preserve allows tenants to connect with the outdoors with walking trails that explore the marshlands, wild life and art sculptures. Our project brought us indoors but the tall open glass windows gave us an amazing view of the open-air amphitheater, fire pit and tranquil patio seating areas. SkyRidge Business Center + Nature Preserve collaborates with their tenants to create a functional, inspiring, and enjoyable indoor and outdoor work environment.

About the Project

The stars aligned for Willdan while planning the rebrand updates to their offices. Not only was it time to renew their lease but many staff members where off-site allowing big changes to happen in a short amount of time. We began our consultation with exploring color combinations that kept in line with their brand standards while adding a clean professional feel to the space. Fresh Paint provided guidance on color selection, color coordination with new carpeting, placement of accents, and product recommendations for longevity and durability. To help visualize the new colors in their space we supplied renderings that depicted several color combinations and accent wall placement. The final color selections plus new carpeting made this a vibrant and energizing office revitalization. We enjoyed the synergetic approach with both teams at Willdan and Bailey Properties and have added Willdan to our family.

With many moving parts in this project Fresh Paint worked closely with the Willdan staff, property managers, and trade partners to create a seamless project. Our project management team was in full force coordinating the teamwork needed to move large desking systems, timing of access equipment, removal of carpet and installation of new carpet. When you walk into the front doors of the rebranded space you are welcomed with freshly clear coated concrete flooring (yes, we do that too!) and a pop of Indigo Blue. Seeing the excitement and joy in our clients when they see the final project never gets old. Fresh Paint takes great pride in lifting our clients assets and it is even more rewarding when we help LIFT their team spirit too!
